  • The competition is in no way connected to the Instagram service of Facebook Ireland Limited or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook Ireland Limited. Instagram and/or Facebook are merely the platform(s) on which the competition is hosted or announced. Please direct all questions, comments and complaints about the promotion to Ludwig Quarter Horses (contact@lqh.de) only and not to Facebook Ireland Limited. Statutory rights to information, correction, objection and deletion remain unaffected.
  • Natural persons who are resident in the EU and have reached the age of 16 are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition takes place via the steps described in the competition entry.
  • The rights of the respective countries apply.
  • Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the conditions of participation.
  • The competition begins with the publication of the post and ends on the date and time specified in the post.
  • All participants will be entered into a draw to win the prize(s) described in the post. The winners will be drawn at random within 5 days and notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, they will not receive their prize. In this case, a new winner will be drawn and notified. The prize will be sent by mail.
  • Winnings cannot be paid out in cash.
  • The winners accept any changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the organizer's control. The organizer is not liable for the unavailability of the prize.
  • The information provided by the participants will only be used to contact the winners. Participants' data will not be passed on to third parties. Participants agree that their Instagram profile name, date and time of the comment will be stored and publicly visible for the purposes mentioned.
